MITA SCHOOL PAYMENT & SERVICE POLICY

Welcome to Mita School, a technology training platform operating in collaboration with Techmita Limited.

This Policy explains how services, payments, and responsibilities are structured between Mita School and Techmita Limited.


1. NATURE OF MITA SCHOOL SERVICES

Mita School is primarily a training and educational institution.

Our core offerings include:

  • Tech skill training programs
  • Courses and mentorship
  • Educational resources and learning support

All services provided directly under Mita School are strictly limited to training and educational purposes only.


2. NON-TRAINING SERVICES

From time to time, Mita School may expose students or participants to opportunities such as:

  • Website or software development
  • Digital services or project execution
  • Freelance or client-based work
  • Business or technical service delivery

These services are not provided by Mita School.

All such services are handled exclusively by Techmita Limited, a separate tech solutions company.


3. RELATIONSHIP WITH TECHMITA LIMITED

Mita School operates in collaboration with Techmita Limited for all non-training services.

This means:

  • Any service beyond training is executed under Techmita Limited
  • All obligations, responsibilities, liabilities, and service terms fall under Techmita Limited

4. PAYMENT STRUCTURE

4.1 Training Services (Mita School)

Payments made for:

  • Courses
  • Training programs
  • Educational services

Are governed solely by Mita School policies.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments for training are non-refundable once access has been granted or training has commenced

4.2 Non-Training Services (Handled by Techmita Limited)

Any payment related to:

  • Development services
  • Client projects
  • Freelance or gig execution
  • Technical service delivery

Is governed entirely by Techmita Limited’s policies, agreements, and terms.


5. REFUNDS, DISPUTES & CLAIMS

Training Services (Mita School)

All concerns regarding:

  • Course access
  • Training delivery
  • Learning experience

Must be handled under Mita School policies.


Non-Training Services

Any issue relating to:

  • Refunds
  • Disputes
  • Service delivery
  • Project execution

Will be handled strictly in accordance with Techmita Limited’s:

Mita School shall not be held liable or responsible for such matters.


6. IMPORTANT NOTICE

By engaging in any service beyond training through Mita School, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are entering into a service relationship with Techmita Limited
  • All applicable terms, conditions, and agreements of Techmita Limited will apply
