Arua Sunday, a Data Analyst specializing in converting raw, complex datasets into actionable business intelligence, interactive dashboards, and reliable forecasting models. With a B.Sc. in Computer Science (in view) from the University of Uyo and intensive technical training from Mita School, I build end-to-end analytics systems that directly inform executive decision-making.

My technical toolkit spans the entire data lifecycle: cleaning and querying relational databases using SQL (MySQL), performing exploratory data analysis and predictive modelling in Python (pandas, scikit-learn), and engineering robust star-schema models in Power BI using advanced DAX time-intelligence functions. I also design calculated fields and spatial dashboards in Tableau alongside advanced data workflows in Excel.

Key Project Impact:

Bank Loan Analytics & BI System: Queryed and structured 38,500+ loan records across 50 regions. Developed a 6-page Power BI reporting system utilizing 28 custom DAX measures to evaluate portfolio performance, revealing an 86.18% healthy loan rate ($37.31M net cash surplus) while identifying a $28.25M loss driver in high-risk, 60-month terms. Cross-validated metrics across SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to guarantee 100% data integrity.

Loan Default Prediction Model: Engineered a Python logistic regression model (0.716 AUC) to score applicant default probabilities and quantify expected losses by term and credit grade.
